  Note: this machine we exported to Ivory coast , Africa. this machine designed for packing chocolate sauce, around 18 grams per bag, machine including servo pump filling machine, date printer, buffer tank, food touch parts are use SS304 materials.

Application of machine: 

• 1.  FBV-LX-100 high speed packing machine with servo motor gear pump are widely use to packing honey, ketchup sauce, chocolate sauce, gel, shampoo, oil etc. 
• 2. FBV-LX-100 sachet packing machine is flexiable to make 3 sides seal sachet, 4 sides sealing bag, chain bags etc.

  FBV-LX-100 high speed liquid and sauce packing machine are composed of filling system, form fill seal system, date printer system, cut knife.

• 1. servo pump filling system including servo motor and gear pump dosing part and filing head. this system is good at filling sauce/gel/cream products
• 2. form fill seal system, packing machine is drived by motor and mechanical transmission, bag former fold film, sealing machine sealing bags. there are 3 sealing moulds, one is for vertical sealing, the others are horizontal sealing. sealing temperature is flexiable change
• 3. Date printer is equipped on film organize system. electronic sensor to control printing timing
• 4. cut knife -- there are 3 kinds of cut knife . saw cut knife, flat cut knife and chain cut knife as options
