Case instruction: This case we made for Korea customer, who is the biggest milk drink company in south Korea. machine are composed of buffer tank, servo filling system, printing system, form fill sealing system, shape die cut mould, UV sterilizing system, and Negative ion dust removal system. filling volume is customized from 180-220 mls/bag, filling speed 25 bags per minute/lane

FBV-300SY triangle pouch/bag form fill seal machine with piston filler can be used to packing liquid, juice, beverages, milk products etc. and we can changing dosing system to packing solid product by multi-heads scales and powder products by changing auger filling head.

Triangle bag packing machine are speically designed for triangle pouch with round cut in corner or triangle bag with saw cut sample bag as below:

Constructions: 

1. Buffer tank --- tank is made of SS304 with jacket, there are input hole, ouput hole, CIP hole, level detecting hole and drain hole in tank

2. servo piston filler --- filling range 1-250 mls, machine is made of SS304, servo motor is Mitshubishi, filling pipe is made of SS304  filling head with anti-leaking design

3. VFFS packing machine --- Main engine is drived by servo motor, packing machine have 1 pair of vertical sealing mould and 2 pairs of horizontal sealing moulds.

4. Die cut knife is made of alloy steel, it's customized as shape of bag

5. UV pulsed ultraiolet lamp ---  there are 2 sets of UV lamp in machine to sterilizing film before filling product. the flickeiring frequency of lamp is adjustable from 1-60 seconds

6.Negative ion dust removal --- this device removing Static electricity from film and sucking dust from film
