Features of energy gel packing machine (FBV-300SY VFFS shape bag packing machine):

1. construction: buffer tank + piston filler + main packing machine + date printer + design of  shape bags 

2.  materails of packing machine ：frame of machine is made of SS304, food touch part is made of SS316L

3. drive parts: servo motor as drive, and pneumatic valves, electric valves etc. 

4. control part : PLC + touch screen, customer can modify parameter according with production

5. optional functions: date printer, mixing and heating function of buffer tank, shape of bags can be customized, filling volume, CIP cleaning system, automatic pumping system etc.
