HFFS flow wrapping machine are widely used to packing wafer, biscuits, cakes, chocolate and puff food products, candies,etc.

Constructions of wrapping line:

  Full automatic HFFS flow wrapping machine with sorting conveyors are composed of input conveyors, pusher, servo sorting conveyor, high speed bags form fill seal machine. function of machine insturction as below:

1. Input conveyor --- this part is customized according with comine products, functions of conveyor is to controll products coming equally and organizing products to sorting conveyor by logic controll. usually speed of conveyer is adjustable, size and materials need customized. we can conbining sereral sets of wrapping machine reasonablly by chaning design of input conveyors

2. pusher --- servo pusher is equipped on input conveyor and it is controlled by elctronic eye detecter sensors.

3. sorting counting conveyors --- this conveyor for sorting direction of product and organizing products in line one by one. sorting speed is dynamic change depends on condition of product on conveyors. sorting speed is always changing to matching with wrapping machine.

4. high speed HFFS flow wrapper machinery --- flow wrapping machine have 9 sets of servo motors, all touching food meterials are made of SS304 and PVC. flexiable design make one machine are suit for packing different size of bags and products. functions of wrapping machine including: form fill seal, date printing, vacuum sucking, fast changing film etc.
