principle:

Products conveyed from the upstream conveyor belt enter the metering conveyor belt at regular intervals through the introduction conveyor belt.

When the product passes the photoelectric sensor at the front of the weighing conveyor, the weight detector starts to measure the product.

When the product passes through the measuring conveyor belt, the weight sensor completes the measuring operation of the product and displays the measuring data to the operation section.

The microcomputer compares the displayed measurement data with the preset reference value, upper limit value, and lower limit value, and distinguishes between genuine products, overweight products, and light-defective products. The job information can be output to the statistical printer.
